Job Description

CRNAs are needed for PRN 1099 coverage in Wisconsin. This opportunity supports an all-CRNA team and is designed for CRNAs who enjoy autonomous work, independent practice, and a competitive hourly rate. Regional anesthesia skills are strongly preferred, and candidates should be comfortable practicing in an independent setting.

This role is positioned as PRN coverage near Madison, Wisconsin, with coverage needs in Tomah, WI. The position is a definite job and malpractice is provided. First call requirements are negotiable, and the practice model is independent (no medical direction).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Assist with patient preparation and recovery

Job Requirements

• Current certification as a CRNA with WI license
• NBCRNA certification required
• ACLS required
• NBCRNA examination process: negotiable
• Must meet state licensure requirements
• Must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals where privileges are held
• Comfortable in an independent practice setting with strong regional skills
• Comfortable with regional blocks
• Two or more years of clinical anesthesia experience preferred
• Solid decision-making ability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
