Ambulatory Surgery Centers in Saint Lucie & Palm Beach Coast – PRN CRNA
Job Description
A multi-site ambulatory surgery network along Florida’s Treasure Coast is seeking PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to support outpatient anesthesia services at surgery centers located in Saint Lucie, Palm Beach Gardens, and Hobe Sound. This opportunity is ideal for CRNAs looking for flexible scheduling, predictable daytime cases, and a practice environment that allows for a high degree of clinical independence.
Providers in this role work primarily in outpatient surgical settings with streamlined workflows and efficient OR teams. Most shifts involve side-by-side collaboration with anesthesia colleagues, with limited medical direction on select days depending on case mix and staffing. The position is well suited for experienced CRNAs who value autonomy while still having clinical support available when needed.
Schedule & Compensation
- PRN scheduling with flexible day selection
- Daytime ASC cases only
- $1,400 per day compensation structure
- Equivalent to approximately $175 per hour
- Eight-hour minimum daily guarantee
Practice Environment
The surgery centers served by this role focus on efficient outpatient procedures and maintain a consistent daily flow that supports on-time finishes. CRNAs are able to focus on patient care without the unpredictability of inpatient call, overnight shifts, or weekend obligations. Clinical expectations emphasize safe, independent anesthesia delivery with access to experienced leadership when needed.
This role offers an excellent balance for CRNAs who want to maintain control over their schedule, supplement an existing position, or gradually scale clinical hours without long-term contractual obligations.

Job Requirements
- Active Florida CRNA license
- NBCRNA certification
- Comfort practicing with minimal supervision in an outpatient setting
- Ability to work across multiple nearby ASC locations
