Job Description
PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the anesthesia team at Wyoming County Community Hospital in Warsaw, New York. This is an independent practice opportunity with light case volume, no obstetrics, and no call responsibilities. Candidates must be comfortable working solo and ideally have strong regional anesthesia skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide independent anesthesia services for general, orthopedic, podiatry, and endoscopy cases.
- Perform regional anesthesia techniques (preferred).
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations, administer anesthesia, and manage patient recovery.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
Compensation & Benefits
- Rate: $250/hour with an 8-hour daily guarantee.
- Approx. 40 hours per week (PRN basis).
- One-hour callback policy.

Job Requirements
- NBCRNA-certified CRNA.
- Active New York CRNA license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Two or more years of anesthesia experience preferred.
- Ability to practice independently in a CRNA-only environment.
- Strong regional anesthesia skills preferred.
- Clean professional record required.
Schedule & Work Environment
- PRN schedule – 40 hours per week.
- Day shifts only; no nights, weekends, or call.
- Independent CRNA practice model, no anesthesiologist supervision.
- Case volume is light, with a supportive hospital environment.
