Job Description
Experienced CRNAs needed for PRN, part-time, and potential full-time coverage at outpatient surgery centers located north of the Denver metro area in Colorado. This role offers independent CRNA practice with a strong orthopedic and regional anesthesia focus, allowing providers to maintain and advance high-level procedural skills.
This opportunity is well suited for CRNAs who enjoy autonomous practice and prefer a diverse outpatient caseload that includes orthopedic, spinal, pain, gynecologic, podiatry, and eye procedures. Regional anesthesia proficiency is required, and providers will work without anesthesiologist medical direction.
Clinical Practice Environment
- Outpatient surgery center setting

The clinical mix is designed to keep CRNAs engaged across multiple specialties while avoiding high-acuity hospital-based services.
Case Mix & Scope of Practice
- Orthopedic anesthesia (usually)
- Regional anesthesia (always required)
- Spine and pain procedures
- Gynecologic cases
- Eye surgery
- Podiatry cases
There is no exposure to cardiac, thoracic, major vascular, obstetric, pediatric, neuro, trauma, or critical care anesthesia.
Schedule & Coverage Details
- PRN, part-time, and FTE options available
- Start date: February 25, 2026
- No first call or second call responsibilities
- No post-call workdays
This structure provides scheduling flexibility while maintaining predictable workdays without overnight or call obligations.
Compensation & Contract Structure
- 1099 independent contractor status
- No salaried income structure
- Malpractice insurance provided
- No paid vacation or educational leave
- No overtime or percentage-based income
Licensure & Certification Requirements
- Active Colorado CRNA license
- NBCRNA certification (required)
- ACLS certification
- PALS not required
- New graduates considered on a negotiable basis
