Autonomous CRNA Role – ENT & Eyes | $200/hr PRN at Lippy Surgery Center
Job Description
Anesthesia Partners is recruiting PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for an autonomous practice opportunity at Lippy Surgery Center in Warren, Ohio. This high-paying 1099 position offers $200/hour and the chance to work independently in a supportive, full-scope environment. Pediatric experience is required due to current case mix.
Our group is expanding services at Lippy Surgery Center and looking for like-minded CRNAs interested in practicing at the top of their license. ENT and ophthalmology (eyes) are the primary procedures, with plans to expand the range of surgical services and service days.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for ENT and ophthalmologic cases (pediatric experience required)
- Work autonomously or in tandem with an MDA depending on the day
- Deliver safe, full-scope anesthesia practice
Compensation & Benefits
- $200/hour (1099)
- Daily rate range: $1,400 – $1,600
- Independent practice on designated days
Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Eligible to work in Ohio
- Experience in pediatric ENT and ophthalmology required
Schedule & Work Environment
- PRN assignment
- 2 CRNAs with MDA present on Mondays
- Solo CRNA days (independent) on Wednesdays
