Autonomous PRN CRNA Role at Nuvia Dental Implant Center – Oklahoma City

Job Description

Nuvia Dental Implant Center in Oklahoma City is seeking a PRN CRNA to join a growing nationwide dental implant organization. This position offers independent anesthesia practice in a modern, office-based surgical environment focused on full-mouth dental implant procedures. CRNAs play an essential leadership role and are treated as high-level clinical partners in collaboration with the oral surgeon.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia with nasal intubation for full-mouth dental implant surgeries.
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and educate patients on anesthesia plans and risks.
• Develop and implement individualized anesthesia plans in collaboration with the surgical team.
• Ensure safe anesthesia delivery by following established clinical protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration and patient responses.
• Stay current with evidence-based anesthesia techniques, medications, and technology.

Compensation & Schedule

• 1099 independent contractor position.
• Starting at $235/hr (location and market dependent) with production-based bonuses.
• Guaranteed daily minimum pay, even if the schedule changes.
• PRN coverage primarily Monday–Thursday.
• No nights, weekends, holidays, or call.
• Cases begin at 7:00 AM; arrival at 6:30 AM.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Active CRNA certification and state RN licensure.
• Current ACLS and BLS certification.
• Ability to obtain and maintain malpractice insurance.
• Experience with independent practice and nasal intubations preferred; training available.
• Dental anesthesia experience is helpful but not required.
