Job Description

Baystate Health is seeking PRN CRNAs to join the anesthesia team at Baystate Medical Center, a Level I Trauma Center in Springfield, MA. CRNAs support a wide variety of surgical services across the main medical center and three additional community hospitals in the region. This role offers the opportunity to work within a large, high-acuity system with diverse case exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care in a Level I Trauma Center setting
• Support anesthesia services at Baystate Medical Center and affiliated community hospitals
• Perform preoperative assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plans
• Manage intraoperative anesthesia administration and monitoring
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and nursing teams across multiple facilities

Job Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Active or eligible CRNA licensure
• NBCRNA certification or eligibility
• Ability to work in high-acuity and community hospital settings
