CRNA – Cumberland Valley Surgery Center (PRN)
Job Description
Cumberland Valley Surgery Center, the longest continuously operating multispecialty same-day surgery center in the Hagerstown area, is seeking PRN CRNAs. The facility includes one operating room with general anesthesia capabilities, two treatment rooms for local/MAC anesthesia, a preoperative area, and a post-anesthesia care unit. This role offers a steady daytime schedule in a supportive care-team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-anesthesia patient assessment and evaluation
- Verify and obtain informed patient consent
- Discuss anesthetic options, plans, and risks
- Provide induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitor patient physiology throughout procedures
- Perform clinical interventions as needed
Compensation & Benefits
- W-2: $230/hr with paid malpractice coverage
- 1099: $235/hr (provider supplies own malpractice)
Job Requirements
- Current RN license and CRNA certification
- Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification
Schedule & Work Environment
- Daytime shifts only
- Multispecialty ASC environment
- Collaborative care-team model with strong clinical leadership
