360 Anesthesia is hiring PRN CRNAs to join the team at Chatham Hospital UNC Health in Siler City, North Carolina. This is a direct opportunity—no agency involvement—offering flexibility, autonomy, and a collaborative environment. Chatham Hospital is a 25-bed critical access facility and part of the UNC Health System.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services across a variety of specialties
• Practice independently at the top of your license
• Participate in call coverage every night during scheduled weeks

Compensation & Benefits

• Choice of W-2 or 1099 employment status
• Direct hire through 360 Anesthesia—no agency
• Consistent 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off schedule

Job Requirements

• Active North Carolina CRNA license
• Comfortable with independent practice and night call
• Start date: May 5, 2025

Schedule & Work Environment

• 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotating schedule
• Night call coverage every night during assigned weeks
• 1 CRNA and 1 Anesthesiologist care team
• Facility includes 2 ORs and a 25-bed hospital
