CRNA – Part-Time / PRN for Independent Outpatient Surgery Center in Northern Colorado

Job Description

CPR Anesthesia, Inc. is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for part-time and PRN coverage at an outpatient surgery center in Northern Colorado. This is not a locum tenens assignment and does not involve short-term locum rates. Instead, this opportunity is designed for CRNAs looking to establish consistent, ongoing coverage in a stable ambulatory setting with true clinical autonomy.

In this role, the CRNA will independently manage their own cases within a surgery center environment, working closely with surgeons and staff in a well-organized, efficient facility. The case mix includes orthopedic procedures, adult and pediatric ENT cases, eye procedures, and pain cases utilizing IV sedation. Strong regional anesthesia skills are required, as regional blocks are a core component of the daily practice. There is no medical direction, allowing CRNAs to practice to the full scope of their training and experience.

This position offers an excellent work-life balance with no call responsibilities, no nights, and no weekends. It is well suited for CRNAs seeking a flexible schedule while maintaining hands-on involvement in a diverse outpatient caseload. Key Responsibilities

• Provide independent anesthesia care for outpatient surgical cases
• Perform regional anesthesia for orthopedic and other applicable procedures
• Administer IV sedation for pain management cases
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized care plans
• Manage intraoperative anesthesia and postoperative recovery
• Collaborate with surgeons and clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations

Job Requirements

• Active Colorado CRNA license
• NBCRNA certification required
• Current ACLS certification
• PALS certification negotiable
• Proficiency in regional anesthesia required
• Outpatient surgery experience preferred
