Job Description

North Metro Anesthesia is seeking a PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a fully independent, hospital-based anesthesia practice in Wyoming, Minnesota. This is a unique opportunity to work in a CRNA-only group with full autonomy across a wide range of case types.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently administer anesthesia across various specialties including OB/GYN, general surgery, ortho, ENT, podiatry, healthy peds, spine, urology, and endoscopy
• Perform spinals, epidurals, and a range of nerve blocks (e.g., adductor canal, TAP, ESP, PENG)
• Provide anesthesia services in the OR, OB suite, endo rooms, ICU, ER, Med-Surg, and MRI
• Support approximately 500–600 births per year with labor epidurals

Compensation & Benefits

• $1,600 per day
• 1099 independent contractor position
• Work in a well-established, CRNA-owned and operated group with over 40 years of history

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Proficient in a broad range of anesthesia techniques and regional blocks
• Eligible to practice independently in the state of Minnesota

Schedule & Work Environment

• Casual/PRN position with flexible scheduling
• Facility includes 5 ORs, 1 OB suite, 2 endo rooms
• Approximately 8,000 surgical cases annually
• Autonomous practice—no physician anesthesiologist supervision
