Specific Details for Assignment: Small Eye surgery center
Length of Contract: 4 – 12 month contract with option to Extend
Schedule: Monday – Friday PRN (mostly Mon, Tues, Thurs)
Call, Nights and Weekends: None
Cases: Cataracts & Retina
Facility: Free standing Outpatient Eye center – 7 hour guarantee!

Charting: Paper
Credentialing: 60 days
