Job Description

CPR Anesthesia, Inc. is seeking multiple Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to provide PRN and part-time coverage across several outpatient surgery centers throughout the Denver Metro area. This opportunity is designed for CRNAs who value flexibility, autonomy, and a diverse outpatient case mix while maintaining a consistent weekday schedule. Coverage is needed for centers operating two to three operating rooms daily, supporting a growing network of ambulatory facilities.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role within a CRNA-only practice model, allowing providers to practice without medical direction. You will work alongside experienced surgical teams in well-run outpatient environments that prioritize efficiency, patient safety, and collaboration. With no call responsibilities, no nights, and no weekend requirements, this position offers an excellent work-life balance for CRNAs seeking supplemental income or a long-term flexible arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care for outpatient surgical procedures across multiple surgery centers
  • Deliver safe, patient-focused anesthesia services in an independent practice model
  • Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans
  • Administer and manage anesthesia during procedures and oversee recovery
  • Document anesthesia care accurately and in compliance with facility standards
  • Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and staff to ensure efficient daily operations

Job Requirements

  • Active Colorado CRNA license required
  • NBCRNA certification required
  • Current ACLS certification
  • PALS not required
  • Outpatient anesthesia experience preferred
  • New graduates considered on a case-by-case basis
