Advocate Health is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for PRN pool opportunities at Aurora Medical Center in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Join a dynamic anesthesiology team in a supportive, no-call, no-holidays environment providing care across adult and pediatric surgical services.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver full-spectrum anesthesia care including general, regional, and monitored anesthesia
• Perform preoperative assessments and ensure readiness of supplies and equipment
• Manage intraoperative anesthesia and post-anesthesia recovery
• Handle emergency situations with advanced airway management and life support techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation

Job Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing required
• Active RN and CRNA licensure in Wisconsin
• National certification through NBCRNA
• DEA registration required
• ACLS, PALS, and NRP (or ability to obtain within 6 months)

Schedule & Work Environment

• PRN shifts Monday–Friday with optional evening/weekend call shifts
• Must be available to work at 3 Wisconsin locations
• Work independently within CRNA-led teams
