CRNA PRN Position — Outpatient Surgery Center $800+/Day and No Call or Weekends

Job Description

Outpatient surgery center in Cary, NC is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for PRN coverage. This role offers a strong work-life balance with no nights, weekends, or call. Providers will practice with autonomy and collaborate as part of a supportive clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans.
• Administer anesthesia, sedation, and pain management services.
• Manage airway procedures and provide intraoperative monitoring.
• Ensure safe emergence, recovery, and post-anesthesia care.
• Implement infection prevention and patient safety protocols.

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily rate starting at $800/day (W-2).
• Daytime schedule only — no nights, weekends, or holidays.
• Malpractice insurance included.
• Travel between sites may be required (10–15%).

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited CRNA program.
• Current CRNA certification and active North Carolina license (or eligibility).
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• 5+ years of CRNA experience preferred; 8–12 years of related experience strongly valued.
• Ability to work independently in an outpatient setting.
• Strong communication, documentation, and critical decision-making skills.

Schedule & Work Environment

• PRN coverage in a modern outpatient vascular care center.
• Daytime weekday hours; no call or weekend responsibilities.
• Travel between local facilities may be required.
