Job Description

US Anesthesia Partners is seeking a PRN CRNA to join its award-winning team at Baptist Hospital Medical Center in Jacksonville, Florida. This role offers the opportunity to practice a wide scope of anesthesia services across several high-performing hospital campuses, with guaranteed hours and exposure to advanced surgical technologies and specialties.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver anesthesia for general, orthopedic, gynecologic, and neurosurgical procedures
• Provide anesthesia services across multiple campuses, including outpatient and high-volume OR settings
• Participate in care team model with supervision ratios typically 1:3 or 1:4
• Perform spinals and arterial lines; regional blockade experience is not required

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Eligible for Florida licensure
• Proficiency in general anesthesia techniques and a collaborative work ethic

Schedule & Work Environment

• PRN position with flexible scheduling
• Work across Baptist Medical Center campuses, including Jacksonville, South, Beaches, and the Jacksonville Orthopedic Institute
• No pediatric cases; OB and cardiothoracic opportunities available if interested
