Flexible Per-Diem CRNA Role in Niagara Falls
Job Description
Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center is seeking per-diem CRNAs to join a collaborative anesthesia team supporting patients across Western New York. This CRNA-only daytime position offers steady, flexible work in a respected community hospital serving the Buffalo-Niagara region.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments
- Verify patient consent and discuss anesthetic options
- Perform induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitor patients throughout procedures
- Respond to physiological changes with appropriate interventions
Compensation & Benefits
- $165 per hour (W2 per diem)

Job Requirements
- Current RN license
- Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- AANA certification or recertification
Schedule & Work Environment
- Daytime-only schedule
- Per-diem, as-needed shifts

- Diverse case mix: general surgery, vascular, GI, ortho, neuro/spine, GYN, urology, plastics
