Job Description
U.S. Anesthesia Partners (USAP) is now offering a direct 1099 PRN opportunity for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) at AdventHealth Orlando and affiliated locations across Central Florida. Join one of the largest anesthesia practices in the state, with access to a wide range of cases from routine to highly specialized procedures.
This flexible 6-month locum-style opportunity offers multiple PRN scheduling options depending on your availability, and is fully supported with malpractice coverage provided by USAP. A great fit for CRNAs seeking diverse clinical exposure in a respected hospital system without long-term commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services at various AdventHealth locations including Orlando, Kissimmee, Celebration, Altamonte Springs, Winter Park, and East Orlando
- Deliver care across a wide range of cases, including general surgery, neuro, ortho, OB, peds, transplant, and cardiothoracic
- Collaborate with a large team of anesthesiologists and CRNAs in a structured, high-volume environment
Compensation & Benefits

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Eligible to work in Florida
- Comfortable with both routine and complex anesthesia cases
Schedule & Work Environment
- PRN status with flexible scheduling
- 6-month direct contract with potential for renewal
- Large, multi-specialty anesthesia practice with over 180 CRNAs and 100 anesthesiologists
