Job Description
US Anesthesia Partners (USAP) is seeking a PRN 1099 CRNA to join the collaborative, well-established anesthesia team serving AdventHealth Palm Coast, Palm Coast Parkway, and Town Center Surgery. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling, a broad mix of cases, and the chance to work in one of Florida’s most desirable coastal regions — all while enjoying full malpractice coverage at no cost.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across multiple AdventHealth Palm Coast facilities
- Manage a wide range of case types including general, orthopedics, vascular, GI, plastics, and urology
- Collaborate with a team of 11 anesthesiologists and 11 CRNAs
- Support surgical services in a 100-bed hospital and outpatient centers
Compensation & Benefits
- 1099 PRN position
- Flexible shift options: 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour days
- Malpractice insurance fully covered by USAP
- 6-month term with option to extend an additional 6 months
Job Requirements
- Active Florida CRNA license
- NBCRNA certification
- Meets AdventHealth credentialing requirements
- Comfortable with a full spectrum of bread-and-butter cases
Schedule & Work Environment
- PRN shifts available across three Palm Coast locations
- No call required
- Work in a high-safety-rated, 100-bed general medical and surgical facility
- Teaching hospital environment
