Flexible PRN CRNA Role – Office-Based Sedation Only

Job Description

Honor Health Pain Management Center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join their team. This outpatient-based role offers an 8-hour shift guarantee with no weekends, no holidays, and no call. Start date is May 6th, 2025. CRNAs will provide propofol sedation only — no intubations required. Multiple scheduling options available: work Tuesdays, Thursdays, and/or Fridays depending on your availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for pain management procedures and stimulator implants
• Function as part of the procedure room team
• Formulate and execute safe anesthetic plans
• Assist staff in clinical emergencies as needed
• Maintain accurate and complete anesthesia records
• Communicate supply needs to the responsible staff member

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily rate: $1,200 – $1,600
• 8-hour shift guarantee
• Flexible PRN schedule options

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Current Arizona RN license
• Certified by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA)
• Current ACLS certification
• Experience with intravenous sedation preferred
• Strong skills in communication, decision-making, and clinical judgment

Schedule & Work Environment

• PRN position with start date: May 6, 2025
• Workdays: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and/or Fridays (0700–1700)
• No call, no weekends, no holidays
• Outpatient surgical setting
