Stark Ambulatory Surgery Center in Canton, Ohio is seeking PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join an established, all-CRNA private practice group providing anesthesia services exclusively for endoscopy procedures. This is a definite PRN opportunity beginning February 1, 2026, and is ideally suited for CRNAs who value efficiency, autonomy, and the ability to complete their workday early while still earning competitive daily compensation.

NextGen Anesthesia is assuming anesthesia services at the center and expanding an already well-functioning CRNA-only team. The practice model is fully independent with no medical direction at any time. CRNAs manage all aspects of anesthesia care, including induction, maintenance, and emergence, within a streamlined outpatient environment designed for speed, safety, and consistency.

This is a high-efficiency endoscopy-only center supported by experienced proceduralists and a skilled, collaborative nursing staff. Computerized charting and optimized workflows minimize administrative burden and allow CRNAs to focus almost entirely on patient care. First case start times are typically between 5:45 and 6:00 a.m., with efficiency allowing most CRNAs to finish their clinical day within three to five hours, despite guaranteed eight-hour shifts.

Compensation is structured to guarantee an eight-hour day at $175 per hour, equating to $1,400 per day, with daily earnings potential up to $2,000. While the schedule is PRN, there is a consistent need for coverage—particularly Mondays and Fridays—as well as vacation coverage. For CRNAs able to commit to consistent PRN availability, profit-sharing opportunities may be considered, adding long-term upside to an already attractive arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide independent anesthesia care for outpatient endoscopy procedures

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
