High-Flexibility PRN CRNA Role Across Multiple Baptist Jacksonville Campuses
Job Description
US Anesthesia Partners (USAP) North Florida is hiring PRN CRNAs to support several Baptist Medical Center locations and The Jacksonville Orthopedic Institute. This Per Diem role offers flexible scheduling, diverse adult-only case exposure, and the ability to tailor your shifts across multiple high-performing Jacksonville facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for a broad range of adult surgical procedures
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists and CRNAs in a supervised care-team model
- Develop and manage anesthetic plans for general, orthopedic, vascular, neuro, and GYN cases
- Participate in optional OB and cardiothoracic cases if desired
- Ensure safe patient monitoring and anesthesia delivery across multiple hospital locations
Compensation & Benefits
- PRN position
- $150/hr
- Flexible shift selection across multiple facilities
- Optional call, taken from home when applicable
- Work with a highly experienced regional anesthesia team
Job Requirements
- Active Florida CRNA license
- NBCRNA certification
- Meets all Baptist Health credentialing requirements
- Adult-only anesthesia competency
- No regional anesthesia proficiency required (spinals and arterial lines covered)
Schedule & Work Environment
- PRN scheduling with full flexibility
- Multiple sites including hospital ORs and orthopedic surgery centers
- No required call, nights, or weekends
- Supervision ratios typically 1:3 or 1:4
