Nuvia Dental Implant Center is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its growing team on a PRN basis in Reading, Massachusetts. This role is with one of the fastest-growing full-arch dental implant organizations in the United States and offers a rare combination of exceptional hourly compensation, guaranteed daily pay, and complete clinical autonomy.
This position focuses exclusively on office-based anesthesia for full-mouth dental implant and restoration procedures that deliver life-changing outcomes for patients. CRNAs in this role practice independently in a 100% CRNA-only model, working in direct partnership with oral surgeons. The practice emphasizes efficiency, safety, and patient-centered care in a professional, supportive environment.
CRNAs will administer general anesthesia using nasal intubation techniques in an outpatient, office-based setting. Responsibilities include performing pre-operative assessments, developing and implementing anesthesia plans, administering anesthesia, monitoring patient responses, and ensuring safe recovery. Accurate documentation and adherence to established clinical protocols are essential components of this role.
The schedule is highly predictable, with no nights, weekends, holidays, or call requirements. Providers report at 6:30 a.m., with first cases starting at 7:00 a.m. This PRN role is ideal for CRNAs seeking high compensation, work-life balance, and autonomy while providing meaningful, transformative care.
Compensation & Practice Highlights
- Starting hourly rate of $290/hour (negotiable based on market)

Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience practicing as a CRNA
- At least one year of independent solo practice experience
- Recent experience providing general anesthesia
- Proficiency with nasal intubations
- Outpatient or surgery center anesthesia experience preferred
- Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Active NBCRNA certification
- Massachusetts RN and APRN licensure
- Current ACLS and BLS certification (PALS required)
- Ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance
