Integrity Anesthesia Solutions is seeking experienced PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our independent anesthesia team at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital. Key Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope anesthesia care across a variety of surgical specialties
• Perform regional blocks and manage anesthesia independently
• Collaborate with surgeons and clinical staff to ensure patient safety and efficiency
• Participate in day shifts and call coverage as scheduled

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily Pay: $2,000–$3,500 per day
• Hourly Rate: $250/hr
• Call Pay: $1,000 per weeknight call | $2,000 per weekend call
• Malpractice: Fully covered
• Independent contractor (1099) arrangement

Job Requirements

• Active CRNA license and NBCRNA certification
• Proficiency in regional anesthesia and block techniques
• Epidural experience preferred
• DEA license (support available for those needing to obtain it)
• Comfortable practicing independently

Schedule & Work Environment

• PRN position with flexible scheduling
• Day shifts and call coverage available
