Independent PRN CRNA Opportunity | $2,000–$3,500/Day | Brattleboro Memorial Hospital (NY/VT Border)
Job Description
Integrity Anesthesia Solutions is seeking PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our independent anesthesia practice at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital. This is a high-autonomy role where CRNAs practice to the full scope of their skills in a supportive, professional environment. Both day shifts and call coverage are available.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full-scope anesthesia services across multiple specialties
- Perform regional and neuraxial anesthesia independently
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and OR staff to ensure safe, efficient care
- Participate in day and call rotations as scheduled
Compensation & Benefits
- Daily Rate: $2,000–$3,500 per day
- Hourly Rate: $250/hour
- Call Pay: $1,000 per weeknight | $2,000 per weekend night
- Malpractice: Fully covered
- Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with active license
- Proficiency in regional anesthesia and block techniques required
- Epidural experience preferred
- Active DEA license (support available to obtain if not current)
- Ability to practice independently in a collaborative environment
