Job Description

This PRN 1099 opportunity with Piedmont Healthcare offers CRNAs the chance to practice across multiple high-performing hospital campuses in Georgia. Providers work under medical direction within a collaborative anesthesia care team, delivering safe and patient-centered anesthesia for surgical, obstetrical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures. New graduates and experienced CRNAs are encouraged to apply, with malpractice insurance fully provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across a range of clinical settings and patient acuity levels.
• Conduct preoperative assessments and administer anesthesia under anesthesiologist supervision.
• Manage intraoperative and postoperative anesthesia-related care.
• Operate and interpret relevant anesthesia and perioperative equipment effectively.
• Support efficient OR workflow and timely patient care delivery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Job Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Current Georgia CRNA license, or eligibility to obtain licensure
• NBCRNA certification
• BLS certification required
• Ability to function within a medical direction anesthesia model
• For 1099: Must hold or be willing to establish a PC or PLLC
• Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care

Schedule & Work Environment

• PRN, 1099 assignments
• Sites include Piedmont Atlanta, Augusta, Macon, Fayette, Henry, Newnan, and Rockdale
• Broad case exposure across surgical, OB, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures
