Integrity Anesthesia Solutions is seeking multiple PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join an established independent anesthesia practice at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital in Brattleboro, Vermont. This opportunity offers true independent practice, allowing CRNAs to work at the top of their license in a rural hospital environment that values autonomy, clinical skill, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities
- Provide independent anesthesia care across surgical and obstetric services
- Perform comprehensive preoperative assessments and anesthetic planning
- Administer and monitor general, regional, and neuraxial anesthesia
- Perform peripheral nerve blocks as required
- Manage post-anesthesia recovery and pain control
Compensation & Benefits
- $250 per hour
- $1,000 per night for weeknight call
- $2,000 per night for weekend call
- Daily earnings typically range from $2,000 to $3,500 depending on coverage
- Malpractice insurance provided
Schedule & Work Environment
- PRN coverage with both day shifts and call responsibilities
- Independent CRNA-only practice model (no medical direction)
- Case mix includes OB (approximately 240 deliveries annually), General Surgery, Orthopedics, OB/GYN, Urology, and Endoscopy
- Block skills required; epidural experience preferred
