Azura Vascular Care, a division of Fresenius Medical Care and a national leader in vascular specialty services, is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our outpatient team in Las Vegas. This role offers an exceptional work-life balance with no call, no nights, and no weekends, while providing the opportunity to work with a respected national healthcare leader in a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center (ASC).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations, obtain informed consent, and develop individualized anesthesia care plans.
• Administer anesthesia and sedation for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Monitor and manage airways, vital signs, and patient responses throughout procedures.
• Provide post-anesthesia care, manage recovery, and oversee patient discharge from the post-anesthesia unit.
• Implement pain management techniques, including regional anesthesia and interventional procedures.
• Respond to emergencies with appropriate airway, cardiovascular, and respiratory interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care and adherence to safety protocols.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Current Nevada CRNA license and NBCRNA certification
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 5 years of CRNA experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaborative skills in a multidisciplinary setting

Schedule & Work Environment

• Daytime outpatient schedule – Monday through Friday
• No weekends, nights, or on-call responsibilities
• Ambulatory surgery center environment focused on vascular and minimally invasive procedures
