Outpatient CRNA Role with $50K Bonus | No Call, No Weekends – Sacramento

Vituity is seeking PRN and full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join their outpatient surgery and EP Lab team at Mercy General Hospital in Sacramento, CA. This position is ideal for CRNAs seeking consistent weekday hours with a wide variety of surgical cases and no night, weekend, or holiday responsibilities. Both new graduates and experienced CRNAs are welcome to apply. Up to $50,000 in sign-on bonuses available.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia for a diverse range of outpatient procedures
• Work within an anesthesia care team under medical direction
• Participate in procedures across 6 ORs and 1 GI room
• Handle cases including orthopedics, ENT, plastics, GI, OB-GYN, podiatry, and more

Compensation & Benefits

• $170/hour W-2 rate (approx. $322,400/year)
• Up to $50,000 sign-on bonus

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Current California license, ACLS, and PALS (or eligibility)
• New grads welcome

Schedule & Work Environment

• Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm
• No call, weekends, or holidays
• Busy outpatient center (approx. 500 cases/month)
• ASA 3 & 4 patients, some healthy peds cases
