Job Description

This PRN role at Kitsap OMS in Silverdale, Washington offers a steady outpatient schedule supporting an established oral and maxillofacial surgery practice. The CRNA will provide general anesthesia for short-duration procedures, working independently in a calm, office-based surgical environment. Procedures typically last under 30 minutes, making this a high-efficiency role ideal for providers comfortable with fast turnover and concise anesthesia plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver general anesthesia for oral and maxillofacial surgery cases.
• Administer Propofol, Versed, and Fentanyl for office-based anesthesia.
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and ensure patients are ready for surgery.
• Manage airway and patient monitoring throughout all procedures.
• Oversee post-anesthesia emergence and ensure safe patient discharge readiness.

Compensation & Benefits

• $1,500 per day guaranteed
• PRN scheduling available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
• Employment type: W-2 or 1099 options
• Independent, office-based practice setting

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA license in the state of Washington
• Ability to work independently in an outpatient surgical office
• Experience with intravenous general anesthesia agents preferred
• Professional liability insurance required for 1099 providers
