Banner Health is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a PRN opportunity at Banner Lassen Medical Center in Susanville, California. This position offers the opportunity to practice in a close-knit hospital setting while serving a vital role in a rural Northern California community.
CRNAs in this role will practice in a CRNA-only model and provide anesthesia care for a variety of cases, including general surgery, orthopedics, obstetrics, and endoscopic procedures. Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for surgical and procedural cases
- Perform ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia techniques
- Manage patients throughout the perioperative period
- Collaborate with surgical and nursing teams to support patient safety
- Maintain accurate and timely anesthesia documentation
Compensation & Benefits
- $175 per hour for restricted coverage and activation
- $50 per hour for unrestricted call coverage
- W-2 employment status

Job Requirements
- Current CRNA certification in good standing
- Active, unrestricted California CRNA license
- Minimum of two years of clinical anesthesia experience
- Experience with ultrasound-guided nerve blocks
- Ability to practice independently in a hospital setting

- PRN schedule based on facility needs
- Hospital-based anesthesia practice
