Banner University Medical Group is seeking per-diem Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join the anesthesia team at Banner University Medical Center Phoenix. This opportunity is based at a large academic medical center and Level I Trauma Center that supports a wide range of surgical and procedural services.

CRNAs in this role will provide anesthesia care across multiple anesthetizing locations, including operating rooms and endoscopy suites. The position offers flexible per-diem scheduling with no minimum shift requirements, making it an excellent option for CRNAs seeking hourly work in a high-acuity, teaching hospital environment. The anesthesia care model may include medical direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for general and subspecialty surgical procedures
• Support anesthetizing locations across the medical center
• Monitor patients throughout the perioperative period
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and perioperative staff as part of the care team
• Maintain accurate and timely anesthesia documentation

Compensation & Benefits

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA certification in good standing
• Active Arizona CRNA license or ability to obtain
• Open to both new graduates and experienced CRNAs

• Hospital-based practice at a Level I Trauma Center
