Job Description
Lawrence General Hospital is seeking experienced CRNAs for flexible per-diem and 1099 opportunities. This historic community hospital provides comprehensive, patient-centered care to the Merrimack Valley and southern New Hampshire.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments
- Obtain and verify patient consent
- Discuss anesthetic options and risks with patients
- Perform induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitor patients and respond to clinical changes
Compensation & Benefits
- Per Diem W2: $205/hr
- 1099 ICA: $215/hr (malpractice required)
- Fully paid malpractice insurance for W2
Job Requirements
- Current RN license
- Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- AANA certification or recertification
Schedule & Work Environment
- Per diem schedule — flexible, as-needed shifts
- Diverse case mix: ortho, OBGYN, urology, vascular, ENT, endoscopy, neuro, general
- Affiliated with Tufts Children’s Hospital & Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center
