Job Description

Lincoln Healthcare is seeking a skilled and experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide outpatient dental anesthesia services in Honolulu, Hawaii. This flexible, low-volume position offers a Monday–Thursday schedule with no call, nights, or weekends — perfect for CRNAs seeking a balanced and autonomous role in a relaxing island setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for dental and oral/maxillofacial procedures in an outpatient environment
• Manage airway and sedation safely using propofol, fentanyl, midazolam, and ketamine
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and ensure comfort throughout procedures
• Collaborate with dental surgeons and support staff to ensure smooth workflow and quality outcomes

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $220/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6–8 hour shifts
• Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
• No call, nights, or weekends
• Independent practice model with professional autonomy

Job Requirements

• Active Hawaii CRNA license
• NBCRNA certification
• Current BLS & ACLS certifications
• At least one year of CRNA experience preferred
• Proficiency in open airway sedation and administration of IV anesthetics
• Malpractice coverage with minimum limits of $1M/$3M

Preferred Experience

• Background in dental anesthesia or oral/maxillofacial procedures
• Comfort with independent anesthesia practice
• Strong airway management and emergency preparedness skills
