Job Description

The University of Miami/UHealth seeks a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a Per Diem role at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute (BPEI). The CRNA will work closely with anesthesiologists and medical professionals, providing anesthesia for surgeries, monitoring patient vitals, and managing recovery. Responsibilities include pre- and post-anesthesia assessments, administering anesthesia, and responding to emergency situations.

Job Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Nursing, graduated from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program
  • Valid Florida CRNA license
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required (American Heart Association)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
