Job Description
U.S. Anesthesia Partners (USAP) – Florida is seeking PRN 1099 CRNAs to support AdventHealth’s high-volume, advanced surgical campuses across Central Florida. This role offers unmatched flexibility, broad case exposure, and the ability to work within one of the nation’s most respected hospital systems while enjoying full malpractice coverage at no cost.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services across multiple AdventHealth locations in Central Florida
- Deliver safe and effective anesthesia care for a wide spectrum of adult and pediatric procedures
- Participate in high-acuity specialties including cardiothoracic, transplant, neurosurgery, and complex orthopedics
- Support over 8,000 annual labor and delivery cases as needed
- Collaborate within a large, experienced anesthesia care team of 100 anesthesiologists and 180 CRNAs
Compensation & Benefits

Job Requirements
- Active Florida CRNA license
- NBCRNA certification
- Meets AdventHealth’s credentialing standards
- Comfort with a broad range of case types, from routine to complex
Schedule & Work Environment
- PRN scheduling with multiple location options
- No call requirements
- Opportunities across Orlando, Kissimmee, Celebration, Altamonte Springs, Winter Park, and East Orlando
- Diverse case mix across high-acuity specialty services
