Total Pain Care, supported by Sweet Dreams Anesthesia, is seeking a part-time or PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a growing anesthesia team in Meridian, Mississippi. This role is focused exclusively on MAC anesthesia for pain management procedures in an outpatient surgery center setting. The position offers a highly desirable schedule with no nights, no weekends, no holidays, and absolutely no call.

CRNAs in this role practice with full autonomy while working in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment. The schedule runs Monday through Thursday, making this an excellent opportunity for CRNAs seeking flexibility, work-life balance, or supplemental income without sacrificing professional independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide MAC anesthesia for outpatient pain management procedures
• Develop and execute safe, patient-centered anesthetic care plans
• Independently manage anesthesia cases with clinical confidence
• Monitor patients throughout the perioperative period
• Maintain accurate and timely anesthesia documentation
