Job Description

Lugo Plastic Surgery, a boutique aesthetic surgery practice led by board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Liana Lugo, is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a PRN opportunity at their state-of-the-art, QuadA (AAAASF) certified office-based surgery suite. This role offers competitive daily compensation and the opportunity to work with a skilled surgical team in a modern, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for outpatient plastic and aesthetic surgery procedures in an office-based setting.
• Conduct thorough preoperative assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans tailored to each patient.
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and during recovery in collaboration with the surgical team.
• Address any anesthesia-related issues or emergencies promptly and professionally.
• Ensure accurate and complete anesthesia documentation in compliance with QuadA (AAAASF) standards.

Compensation & Benefits

• $1,600–$2,000 per day
• 1099 independent contractor status

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Active Georgia CRNA license required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient or surgical settings (plastic surgery experience preferred)
• Professional Liability Insurance (PLI) required
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care skills
