PRN CRNA – $1,600–$2,000/Day | Lugo Plastic Surgery
Job Description
Lugo Plastic Surgery, a boutique plastic surgery practice led by board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Liana Lugo, is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a PRN opportunity at our state-of-the-art, QuadA (AAAASF) certified office-based surgery suite. This role offers excellent daily compensation, autonomy, and the chance to work in a supportive, patient-centered aesthetic practice specializing in facial rejuvenation and mommy makeover procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia for outpatient cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery procedures.
- Perform preoperative assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans.
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery to ensure safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to manage intraoperative and postoperative anesthesia care.
- Respond effectively to anesthesia-related emergencies and maintain comprehensive clinical documentation.
Compensation & Benefits
- $1,600–$2,000 per day
- 1099 independent contractor position
- Flexible PRN scheduling
- Work in a modern, QuadA (AAAASF) certified office-based surgical facility
- Healthy patient population and elective procedures only
Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Active Georgia CRNA license required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient, surgical, or plastic surgery settings
- Must carry personal professional liability insurance
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in a patient-centered environment
Schedule & Work Environment
- PRN position with immediate start available
- Outpatient, elective surgery cases only
- No call, nights, weekends, or holidays
- Collaborative, boutique surgical environment focused on safety and patient experience
