Job Description

Memorial Health System in Marietta, Ohio is seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for PRN opportunities. This hospital-based position offers excellent flexibility with multiple shift options, a wide variety of general cases, and the opportunity to perform regional blocks and epidurals. OB coverage is optional and proctoring is available for those interested in gaining additional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for a variety of general surgical cases in a hospital setting.
• Provide regional anesthesia techniques, including regional blocks and epidurals.
• Perform pre-anesthetic evaluations and tailor anesthesia plans to each patient’s needs.
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and ensure safe postoperative recovery.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other anesthesia professionals to maintain high-quality care and efficient workflow.

Compensation & Benefits

• $200 per hour
• 1099 independent contractor status

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Active Ohio CRNA license required
• Competence in regional anesthesia techniques (training/proctoring available)
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Schedule & Work Environment

• PRN position with flexible shifts
• Available schedules: 4×10’s, 2×8’s + 2×12’s, or 1×16 + 2×12’s
• General cases with optional OB coverage
• Hospital-based environment focused on patient safety and quality outcomes
