AMS is seeking PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our 1099 team at Meritus Medical Center in Hagerstown, Maryland. This is a high-paying, flexible opportunity with guaranteed shifts—including nights, weekends, and 24-hour coverage—available immediately. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, independent anesthesia care for hospital and ASC procedures
• Support a wide variety of inpatient and outpatient surgical cases
• Participate in night float or weekend coverage, if desired
• Build and use regional skills including spinals, epidurals, and blocks

Compensation & Benefits

• $2,000–$3,200/day depending on shift type
• 1099 status with guaranteed PRN dates (no cancellations)
• Night differential and 24-hour shifts available

Job Requirements

• Active Maryland CRNA license or eligibility
• NBCRNA certification
• Minimum of 250 inpatient case logs required
• Must be able to work independently in a high-volume setting

Schedule & Work Environment

• Shifts: 8s, 10s, 12s, 16s, 24s, and weekend blocks available
• Guaranteed PRN assignments – June through August and beyond
• Level III Trauma Center with 300+ beds and EPIC EMR
• GI/Endo ASC shifts available in a new, connected facility
