Job Description

Summit Surgery Center in Covington, Louisiana is seeking a PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide high-quality anesthesia care for interventional pain management procedures. This role is ideal for CRNAs experienced in outpatient or pain settings, with strong clinical assessment skills and a commitment to patient safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for interventional pain and minor surgical procedures
• Conduct pre-procedure assessments to determine appropriate anesthetic plans
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and sedation levels throughout the procedure
• Provide effective post-procedure pain management support
• Collaborate with physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain compliant and accurate medical documentation

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate: $120/hour
• Daily minimum: 8 hours guaranteed ($960/day)
• Expected hours: 8–32 per week
• W-2 position

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Strong background in critical care or ICU nursing
• Experience with interventional pain management preferred
• Knowledge of anesthesia anatomy and patient assessment
• Comfort working independently and making clinical decisions
• HIPAA-compliant documentation practices
• Willingness to commute or relocate to Covington, LA

Schedule & Work Environment

• PRN position, outpatient surgery center
• In-person work at facility, no remote option
• Workweek flexibility: 1 to 4 days per week
