Job Description
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for PRN coverage at Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital in Portage, Wisconsin. This is an independent practice, all-CRNA team environment offering autonomy, competitive pay, and a diverse case mix including OB. Regional anesthesia skills are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver full-scope anesthesia services independently across multiple specialties.
- Caseload includes General, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Endoscopy, and Obstetrics (approx. 200 deliveries per year).
- Perform regional anesthesia techniques and provide perioperative pain management.
- Maintain accurate patient records, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and support patient preparation and recovery.
Compensation & Terms
- Daily compensation: $1,800 – $2,300 (approx. $225/hour).
- PRN independent practice with flexible scheduling.
Job Requirements
- Current NBCRNA certification and active Wisconsin CRNA license.
- Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia practice preferred.
- Comfortable working independently in a hospital setting.
- Proficiency in regional anesthesia strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and organizational skills.
Schedule & Work Environment
- PRN/part-time availability.
- Independent CRNA-only practice model.
- Diverse surgical cases including OB, with approximately 200 annual deliveries.
- Supportive hospital team environment at a community-based hospital.
