PRN CRNA – Autonomous All-CRNA Plastic Surgery Practice
Job Description
Excellent opportunity to join an all-CRNA private practice providing anesthesia exclusively for plastic surgery cases at Coral Gables Plastic Surgery Center. This is a PRN 1099 position with increased surgical volume beginning March 2026. Coverage is needed Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays in March, with ongoing opportunities available.
This role offers full clinical autonomy in a streamlined outpatient setting. Local candidates preferred. Must carry your own malpractice coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia for bread-and-butter plastic surgery cases only
- Deliver monitored anesthesia care in an outpatient surgery center environment
- Practice independently within an all-CRNA model
- Maintain safe and efficient perioperative care workflows
Compensation & Benefits
- 1099 independent contractor position
- Flexible scheduling
- No call, nights, or weekends
- No malpractice provided – must carry own coverage (Florida requirements)
- No sign-on bonus
Job Requirements
- Active Florida CRNA license
- NBCRNA certification required
- Current ACLS required
- PALS not required
- New graduates negotiable
- Must maintain personal malpractice insurance
Schedule & Work Environment
- PRN position
- March 2026 coverage: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays
- Ongoing PRN opportunities available
- All-CRNA independent practice model
- No first call or second call responsibilities
