Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for an ongoing PRN opportunity at Pratt Regional Medical Center in Pratt, Kansas. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, independent anesthesia care across a variety of surgical cases, including orthopedics, ENT, ophthalmology, general surgery, OB/GYN, podiatry, urology, and endoscopy.
• Participate in a beeper call rotation (1:6) with a post-call day off.
• Perform pre-anesthetic assessments, manage anesthesia delivery, and oversee patient recovery.
• Collaborate with fellow CRNAs to ensure efficient, patient-centered care.

Compensation & Schedule

• Hourly Rate: $230/hour
• Position Type: PRN
• Schedule: Ongoing, flexible PRN coverage starting August 18
• Call: 1:6 beeper call from home with post-call day off
• Practice Model: CRNA-only (6 CRNAs total, 4 on-site daily)
• Malpractice: Paid malpractice with tail coverage

Job Requirements

• Board Certified CRNA
• Active Kansas CRNA license (or eligibility)
• Ability to work autonomously in a CRNA-only model
• Strong clinical judgment and professionalism
