PRN CRNA – Dental Anesthesia, $220/hr+ – Multiple Locations in Pennsylvania
Job Description
Lincoln Healthcare is seeking experienced CRNAs for outpatient dental anesthesia coverage across Scranton, Harrisburg, Pittsburgh, Chadds Ford, and Fort Washington, PA. This is a low-volume, high-impact role providing care for 2–3 patients per day in fully equipped, state-of-the-art surgical centers. Shifts are 6–8 hours, Monday through Friday, with no call, nights, or weekends.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer IV sedation and anesthesia for dental and OMS procedures
- Provide expert care in a low-volume outpatient environment (2–3 patients/day)
- Manage airways and respond to emergencies with confidence and efficiency
- Collaborate with dental teams across multiple modern facilities
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate starting at $220/hour
- 6–8 hour shifts, Monday–Friday
- No call, weekends, or nights
- 1099 independent contractor role
- Flexible scheduling and location preference across Pennsylvania
Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Active Pennsylvania CRNA license
- NBCRNA certification
- Current BLS and ACLS
- Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience
- Experience with open airway sedation and medications like propofol, fentanyl, midazolam, and ketamine
- Liability insurance coverage of at least $1M/$3M
- Dental anesthesia experience strongly preferred
Schedule & Work Environment
- PRN position with consistent weekday scheduling
- 6–8 hour days, Monday through Friday
- Outpatient dental and surgical centers
- No call, no nights, no weekends
