PRN CRNA – Dental Anesthesia Opportunity with Lincoln Healthcare in Houston
Job Description
Lincoln Healthcare is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its dental anesthesia team serving the Greater Houston area. This PRN 1099 position offers a flexible, low-stress schedule in modern outpatient dental centers. Key Responsibilities
- Administer IV and general anesthesia for dental and oral surgery procedures.
- Monitor patients pre-, intra-, and post-procedure in outpatient settings.
- Collaborate with dental surgeons and clinical teams to ensure safe, high-quality anesthesia care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety protocols.
Compensation & Schedule
- Hourly Rate: Up to $225/hour
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday
- Hours: 4–6 hour days with a 6-hour daily guarantee
- Workload: 2–3 patients per day
- Call/Weekends: None
- Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Job Requirements
- Active Texas APRN License with CRNA designation
- NBCRNA Certification (current and in good standing)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum of 1 year of post-graduate CRNA experience
- Proficiency with IV sedation and anesthetic agents such as propofol, fentanyl, midazolam, and ketamine
- Must maintain malpractice liability insurance (minimum $1M/$3M coverage)
- Experience in dental or oral/maxillofacial anesthesia preferred
