PRN CRNA – Dental Implant Anesthesia with Nuvia Dental Implant Center (Richmond, VA)

Key Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia with nasal intubation for full-mouth dental implant cases in an office-based setting.
- Perform pre-operative assessments and educate patients on anesthesia plans, risks, and expectations.
- Collaborate with oral surgeons and clinical teams to develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans.
- Ensure safe anesthesia delivery following established protocols and evidence-based guidelines.
- Document anesthesia administration, patient responses, and any adverse events accurately and thoroughly.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting at $200+ per hour (rate based on location and experience)
- Daily pay guarantee — paid even if the day is canceled
- 1099 independent contractor structure
- Monday–Thursday schedule (6:30 AM arrival, 7:00 AM first case)
- No nights, weekends, call, or holidays
- All-CRNA practice with complete clinical autonomy
Job Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Valid CRNA certification and active Virginia RN license
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA or Red Cross)
- Ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance
- Experience with nasal intubations and dental anesthesia preferred (training available)
Schedule & Work Environment
- PRN position with predictable weekday hours
- Report time: 6:30 AM, first case at 7:00 AM
- Independent anesthesia practice in an outpatient dental setting
