Quantum Anesthesia Services is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a PRN opportunity providing anesthesia services at a facial plastics center in West County, Missouri. This role is ideal for CRNAs who value autonomy, efficiency, and a predictable outpatient schedule within a boutique, office-based surgical environment.

This position is structured as a 1099 independent contractor role with an immediate start available. Coverage is needed for most Wednesdays, offering a consistent midweek commitment that pairs well with other clinical roles or locum assignments. Compensation is set at $235 per hour with a six-hour daily minimum guarantee, providing reliable income even on lighter procedural days.

All cases are performed under monitored anesthesia care (MAC), and the practice model is fully independent with no medical direction at any time. CRNAs will work closely with skilled facial plastic surgeons and a dedicated clinical staff in a streamlined office-based setting designed for patient comfort and procedural efficiency. This environment allows CRNAs to focus on safe, attentive anesthesia delivery without the complexity of hospital workflows or call obligations.

There are no call responsibilities, no nights, and no weekends associated with this position. Malpractice coverage is provided, further reducing administrative burden for the provider.
