PRN CRNA for Apollo Medical Group in Kalamazoo

Job Description

Apollo Medical Group is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their multi-specialty clinic in the Kalamazoo, Michigan area. This PRN 1099 position offers a flexible schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays. The CRNA will work independently, providing anesthesia for a wide range of outpatient surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for ENT, general surgery, ophthalmology, orthopedics, podiatry, and occasional plastic surgery cases.
• Perform regional and peripheral nerve blocks (preferred).
• Provide anesthesia care for healthy pediatric patients as needed.
• Work autonomously as a solo CRNA without anesthesiologist supervision.
• Collaborate with surgeons and medical staff to ensure safe, efficient patient care.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $1,600–$1,800 per day.
• 1099 independent contractor status.
• Malpractice insurance fully covered by Apollo Medical Group.
• No call, nights, weekends, or holiday shifts.

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification.
• Active Michigan state licensure (or eligibility).
• Experience with outpatient procedures and independent practice preferred.
• Proficiency with regional anesthesia and blocks strongly desired.
• Comfortable working with healthy pediatric patients.
